Cancel Order: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours from the time of purchase by notifying me via email at northcuttmarisa@gmail.com .
Once an order is fulfilled, shipping label has been created, or it has been 24 hours since the purchase, this means I have likely already sent it out for delivery and orders can no longer be cancelled. Damaged Items:
If something arrives damaged, email me at northcuttmarisa@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue ASAP, and I will see what I can do to fix it. Each piece is handmade with love and many hours of work, then quality checked before mailing to you. I can not promise any solutions, as damage can be very hard to fix in these situations, however I would like to try to find a solution for you if it is possible.
